•Senior Designers
- extensive experience in all phases of the Interior Design Process.
- strong mentoring skills.
- exceptional organizational skills with the ability to oversee and supervisor all ongoing projects.
- confident and professional persona, good social and professional interaction skills
- artistic, creative conceptual abilities, and good color sense
- completely versed in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- ¥20,000 - ¥28,000 RMB per month plus apartment rental

•Intermediate Designers
- a self-motivator.
- able to handle a complete project, from conceptual and planning phase to finished drawings and specification package with only mentoring input from the Senior Designer.
- good product knowledge, resourceful at finding new.
- good comprehension of specific client and project requirements
- able to give directions and assistance to design team members
- good presentation abilities and possess a professional look and demeanour.
- have strong knowledge of construction and installation methods.
- totally versed in AutoCAD and material specification.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- ¥15,000 - ¥20,000 RMB per month plus apartment rental
